Industrial wet dust collectors introduce air through water to collect dust and other particles. To capture moisture droplets that the air stream may leave the collector, the system is designed to direct the air stream to the water via impingement or water spray and then upward through an additional metal filter. This device effectively removes airborne contaminants that can be dangerous if improperly maintained.
It is a high-efficiency industrial dust collector that effectively traps particles with an efficiency of 98-99%. It consumes very little water. It is self-cleaning and does not allow fine particles to form sludge inside the exhaust valve. It is suitable for soluble and insoluble dusts, powders, and fines.
wet dust collection systems
The system works by infusing the dust particles with water. The unique process mixes the two through a fixed-position dual-opposed blade system. Once the dust-laden air stream and liquid are mixed, a tangential air stream is injected through the lower blade assembly to increase turbulence.
After the rotation is accelerated, droplets in the airstream are processed through a mist eliminator located downstream, and particulate material is deposited on the bottom of the unit for recovery or disposal.
wet dust collector applications
Wet dust collectors are used in various industries such as chemical industries, food industries, Carpentry, agriculture, Recycling, Metal fabrication, mining, pharmaceutical, and biomedical production, etc. These wet dust collectors have a very important benefit that:Wet dust collection greatly reduces the risk of fire and explosion in your facility and also keeps your workers much safer and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
How does a wet dust collector work
Wet dust collectors include venturi, scrubber, cyclone, and sedimentation basin, the function of which is that the air enters the venturi after passing through the fan.
In this equipment, polluted air is homogenized and mixed with water in a narrow path. After that, it is directed to the scrubber at the right angle. Inside the scrubber, according to the special design, the air is formed in the form of wind and moves to the top of the scrubber.
The arrangement of water nozzles inside the scrubber is such that all passing air is washed with water and the pollution is directed to the sediment pond through the scrubber outlet.
The exhaust air of the scrubber carries a large amount of water with it, which is separated in the cyclone and relatively dry air enters the chimney, and the water from the outlet pipes returns to the water tank of the device.

Wet dust collector manufacturer
Sahand Havasaz wet dust collector uses less water than any competitive dust system. The energy generated inside the unit does not allow the system to clog under working conditions, so build-up and sticky residues sticking to the bags are not a problem.
